Cancellation Policy
ACRT Arborist Training adheres to the Uniform Tuition Refund Policy detailed by the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools.
An enrollment agreement may be cancelled within five calendar days after the date of signing provided ACRT Arborist Training is notified of the cancellation in writing. ACRT Arborist Training will refund the full tuition and fees paid. This provision shall not apply where a student has already started classes.
No-shows or withdrawals requested after five calendar days after the date of signing will be refunded the full tuition less a $50 registration fee.
Students who start class and withdraw before the term is 15% complete will be obligated for 25% of the tuition plus the $50 registration fee.
Students who start class and withdraw after the term is 15% complete, but before the term is 25% complete will be obligated for 50% of the tuition plus the $50 registration fee.
Students who start class and withdraw after the term is 25% complete, but before the term is 40% complete will be obligated for 75% of the tuition plus the $50 registration fee.
Students who start class and withdraw after the term is 40% complete will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition or registration fee.

No Refund on Manuals
ACRT Arborist Training manuals are non-refundable at any time.
Right to Cancel Courses at Any Time
ACRT Arborist Training anticipates full class enrollments, however, if the minimum number of participants has not been met 14 days prior to the start of class, the class may be canceled. ACRT Arborist Training issues full refunds, including enrollment fees, for cancelled classes. Please note that ACRT is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel, or hotel charges that may be incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled class.
